    Maria Cristina Lomanto joins Dolce & Gabbana with a wealth of experience across several of the world’s most prestigious fashion houses. Most recently, she served as the President of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) at Gucci, a role she held since 2022 after moving from Roger Vivier.

    Lomanto’s career trajectory is a testament to her deep understanding of the high-end retail and merchandising landscape. Her professional journey began at Jil Sander and continued at Yves Saint Laurent within the wholesale division. However, it was her long tenure at the Prada Group that solidified her reputation as a powerhouse executive. During her time there, she held pivotal leadership roles, including Director of Leather Goods Merchandising and Marketing for Prada, Retail Director for Prada France, and Worldwide Retail Director. She eventually rose to the position of General Manager at Miu Miu, where she oversaw significant global operations.
