Two prominent fashion houses in Brescia, Italy, are rewriting their narratives through a strategic merger. Following their annual general meetings, shareholders of Golden Season S.r.l., known for the menswear label AT.P.CO, and Goodfellas S.r.l., which specializes in men’s and women’s outerwear under the label People of Shibuya, have announced a union. This fusion became official on December 16, and will take effect on December 31, 2025.
Starting on that date, Golden Season, based in Erbusco, will fully take over all rights and responsibilities concerning Goodfellas, which operates in Brescia. This includes assuming all current contracts and dealings across commercial, financial, and legal domains.
Golden Season is already a key player in developing, manufacturing, and marketing collections for significant Italian private labels and international brands through an expansive distribution network. Meanwhile, Goodfellas has strengthened its foothold in fashion wholesale and retail distribution, showing impressive results with both third-party and proprietary brands.

This merger aims to leverage the manufacturing and commercial strengths of both companies, enhancing their efficiency in production and distribution. The objective is clear: to bolster Golden Season’s competitive edge within both the Italian and global apparel landscape.
After this merger, Golden Season will boast a diverse brand portfolio that includes AT.P.CO, After Label, Skills Milano, and People of Shibuya. Moreover, this move allows the group to report its 2025 financial results as a unified entity, marking a key advancement in the integration and optimization of its business structure.
